Each mail from a therapist is composed of 600 to 800 words.

Due to geographical limitations and/or time differences, please be advised that I cannot be available for any emergency situations if you use the telephone and/or e-mail sessions. When there is a crisis (such as severe medical symptoms and suicidal thoughts), please contact your doctor or the closest emergency room.

<Personal Coaching>
Coaching sessions are conducted through telephone and e-mail unless you make any special requests. I will contact you with the phone number you prefer to use. The phone bill is included in the fee.(If you are using Skype, please mention it when making an initial appointment.)

<Consultation Services>
Multiple consultation services are available to your wide range of needs. Please contact me for inquiries and more information. I can develop an individualized consultation plan to assist your specific situation.

I. Clinical Supervision
This service is provided for other psychotherapists who are looking for high quality of supervision to improve their own clinical skills in an effort to become an effective psychotherapist. I have received the necessary training required to provide clinical supervision for other mental health professionals. For unlicensed therapists in California, you will be able to accumulate and count our supervision time toward your licensing requirement.

I will contact you using the number that you designate. The phone bill is included in the fee. (If you are using Skype, please mention it when making an initial appointment. There will be no charge for phone bill if you use Skype).

II. International Business
If you have ever conducted business with Japanese companies and their business executives, you are probably aware of the importance of understanding Japanese cultures and customs. One of my strengths is my familiarity of both Western and Eastern cultures and their languages. In addition to that, I have completed my training in Executive Coaching. If you have specific needs for your business situation, I will be happy to be a part of your consulting team.

The fee for this service would be dependent on your specific need(s) and the complexity and intensity of the services needed. Please feel free to contact me for inquires.

III. Employee Training and Work Environment
Managing your employees and keeping your work environment safe and positive can be very difficult, especially if you have many employees. I provide different types of educational seminars and trainings for both employees and management level staff. For example, your employee can benefit from learning stress management and effective communication skills. I also train management teams to learn how to effectively motivate their staff to increase productivity and profits. Conflict resolution and crisis intervention services are also available upon your request.

The fee for each service varies, depending on your specific need(s) and the intensity and frequency of the services needed.

Step 1: Setting an appointment

Psychotherapy, personal coaching, consulting services are all conducted through appointments only. First of all, please contact me either by e-mail or telephone to make an appointment. Please state your name, phone number, e-mail address and the service you are interested in a message or e-mail. I will respond back to you within 24 hours and we can set a mutually agreeable appointment time.

Step 2: Paying your service fee

Once your appointment is set, your next step is to pay for the service you have requested. You appointment becomes official only when the payment is received. After your payment is confirmed, the confirmation with your official appointment date & time will be sent to you by e-mail.

About Payment:

You are required to pay for the service you are interested in when you make an appointment. I will schedule an appointment only when the payment is received. The only exception to this is when you plan to visit me at the office. In this case, you will be asked to pay when you receive the service. You can use a credit card or personal check (US only) for the payment. More details regarding payment will be discussed when you make an appointment.

About Cancellation Policy

Once we set an appointment, I will reserve the time for you. If you must cancel the appointment, please inform me 72 hours in advance. This way, I will be able to provide the time for others who need my services. There are cancellation fees if you fail to inform me in an advance. Please read the list below.

Your cancellation fee will be collected from the amount you paid when making the appointment. If you provide me with an e-mail address, I will inform you of the cancellation fee by e-mail. I will be able to create an invoice for you upon request.
